The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use personal information that we may obtain about you.

Use of your Personal Information
1. When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfil our agreement with you.

5. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

6. You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact us (see details below).

7. Please be aware that our site may link to other web sites which may be accessed through our site. We are not responsible for the data policies or procedures or the content of these linked web sites.

How can I get my name removed for the webury.com mailing list?
If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to remove@webury.com with the word 'remove' in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email. Please note that it may take up to 28 days to action your request. In addition, each electronic mailing we send you will contain details of how you can un-subscribe

You can order safely online at any webury.com store. Simply click the 'To Buy' button at the end of each product. This will add the product to our secure shopping basket. All credit card details are encrypted and sent to us from our secure server. These details are not retained once the transaction is complete.

To check the security of webury.com and any of its sites, the lower bar of your browser will display a closed padlock or an unbroken key, the address bar at the top of your browser will also change from http:// to https://; these symbols symbolise a secure connection illustrating that encryption is present and that your details are secure.

Webury.com strongly recommends that credit care details are not sent by standard email and are only sent to use by our secure shopping basket, telephone or post.

Once an order has been processed and despatched payment details are safely disposed of.

Trades Descriptions
All specifications are those quoted by manufacturers and every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct, but slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances. Every effort has been made to ensure that the colours on this web site are accurately reproduced, slight variations may occur due to the reproduction process, for which we apologise but can take no responsibility.

Pricing
All prices are in the UK sterling, and are correct at the time of origination of this document. Although we aim to keep these prices for the life of this catalogue, circumstances beyond our control such as changes in taxation rates (e.g. VAT) currency fluctuations and inflationary cost increases, may cause price changes up or down. We do reserve the right to alter prices at any time until the purchase is complete but we will do our utmost to maintain the advertised price. You will be advised at time of purchase if any price changes are incurred.

Returns and Refunds
We hope that any product that is purchased through webury.com will meet all of your expectations. However, in the event that a product is unsuitable then we offer a refund or an exchange service. 

We do ask that all products are returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition. Please fill in the returns form (alternatively click here to print a form) and enclose it with your parcel. Webury.com does not offer a free returns service. Items to be exchanged will be subject to an additional postage charge. We regret that we cannot be responsible for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit, therefore please return the goods using a method which records delivery. 

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. If you wish to exchange or refund your item, we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418. Please note that we can only credit the purchasers account.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange or refund.

UK Next Day Delivery £7.50
We cannot guarantee next day delivery however we will endeavour to reach this target and rarely experience any difficulties. We use two methods of shipment for next day delivery depending on the item. The first is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should be delivered before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Some items are available for a guaranteed Saturday delivery for an additional £2 however; this is subject to weight limitations, please Freephone 0800 0836418 for details.

The second method is Initial City Link and delivery will take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
1. Orders must reach our office by 12pm the preceding day. Orders received after 12pm may still be eligible for next day delivery although this is not always possible.
2. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will not be received until the following Monday. However, a Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
3. We endeavour to stock all products, however at busy times of the year and occasionally due to suppliers, there may be times when we are out of stock of a product and we shall advise you accordingly.
4. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult over 18 years of age. If there is no one at the address the carriers will attempt delivery to a neighbour and obtain a signature - a card will be left at your address stating where the parcel has been left. If it is not possible to do this the parcel will be returned to your local branch for collection by you. A second delivery attempt is available upon your contacting the carrier within 5 working days of receiving the card and arranging this, after this the parcel will be returned to webury.com.
5. Parcels can be left safe without a signature in a safe place, if requested, but from this point you the customer are liable for the goods and our carriers and webury.com will no longer be responsible.
6. Next day delivery is only available in mainland UK.
