Product Availability
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to advise online as to whether an item is in stock. 

If you do wish to check the availability of any item then please FREEPHONE 0800 0836418 and a member of staff will be happy to help. In the event that an item is out of stock we will be able to advise you of when we are expecting a delivery or of a similar product that may be a suitable alternative.

 

Ordering
You can order safely online. Simply click the 'To Buy' button at the end of each product. This will add the product to our secure shopping basket. All credit card details are encrypted and sent to us from our secure server.  These details are not retained once the transaction is complete. 

Once the order has been received you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This email will detail the exact order that we have received. Within 24 hours of this email a second email will be sent to you confirming when the goods are due to be despatched.

If you do not wish to use our shopping basket, an order form is available. To print the order form click on the 'To Buy' button, from here you will have the option to order online or to print the order form. The form can then be either faxed or posted to us.

If there are any problems with your order a member of our team will contact you by email or telephone.

 

Payment
We can accept the following payments; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Diners Club

Before you submit an order please double check that the payment details you have submitted are correct e.g. expiry dates etc. The despatch of an order will be delayed if these details are incorrect. In the event that payment details are incorrect a member of staff will contact you by telephone.

Please note that we do not debit your account until the day that the goods are despatched.

We can also accept cheques and postal orders; these should be made payable to "webury.com". Please print an order form and post it complete with payment to webury.com, The Mill Office, Hatfield, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 0SE. Please do not send cash.

 

International Orders
We regret that as from August 2006 we are no longer able to despatch to the USA or Canada; we are still able to despatch to all other international destinations.

International orders can be received online. The prices quoted on our website include VAT at 17.5%. If the order is being despatched to a non-E.C. country then the VAT can be deducted, the shopping basket will automatically calculate the total according to the destination. All international orders will receive an email confirming the order total.

To obtain the international shipping costs in the checkout simply select the International option in Shipping Type and then select the appropriate destination and order value in the Shipping Destinations menu. The shipping costs are illustrated below (Express delivery available at extra cost")

* We reserve the right to quote a higher delivery charge for orders containing unusually bulky or heavy items.

 

UK Delivery Details

We offer two delivery methods, please note that the estimated delivery times are providing that the product is in stock. We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours but please allow 28 days for delivery. 

UK Standard Delivery £3.95
All standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail or Initial City Link and take between 2-3 days from the day of despatch.

Most standard deliveries will require a signature. If there is no one at the address the carriers will attempt delivery to a neighbour and obtain a signature - a card will be left at your address stating where the parcel has been left. If it is not possible to do this the parcel will be returned to your local branch for collection by you. A second delivery attempt is available upon your contacting the carrier within 5 working days of receiving the card and arranging this, after this the parcel will be returned to webury.com.

UK Next Day Delivery £7.50
We cannot guarantee next day delivery however we will endeavour to reach this target and rarely experience any difficulties. We use two methods of shipment for next day delivery depending on the item. The first is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should be delivered before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Some items are available for a guaranteed Saturday delivery for an additional £2 however; this is subject to weight limitations, please Freephone 0800 0836418 for details.

The second method is Interlink Expressand delivery will take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
1. Orders must reach our office by 12pm the preceding day. Orders received after 12pm may still be eligible for next day delivery although this is not always possible.
2. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will not be received until the following Monday. However, a Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
3. We endeavour to stock all products, however at busy times of the year and occasionally due to suppliers, there may be times when we are out of stock of a product and we shall advise you accordingly.
4. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult over 18 years of age. If there is no one at the address the carriers will attempt delivery to a neighbour and obtain a signature - a card will be left at your address stating where the parcel has been left. If it is not possible to do this the parcel will be returned to your local branch for collection by you. 5. Parcels can be left safe without a signature in a safe place, if requested, but from this point you the customer are liable for the goods and our carriers and webury.com will no longer be responsible.
6. Next day delivery is only available in mainland UK.

Different Delivery Address
When you come to purchase an item, an option is given to have the goods delivered to a different address to that of the cardholder. This can be used to deliver goods to work or friends etc.

 

Returns and Refunds
We hope that any product that is purchased through webury.com will meet all of your expectations. However, in the event that a product is unsuitable then we offer a refund or an exchange service. 

We do ask that all products are returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition. Please fill in the returns form (alternatively click here to print a form) and enclose it with your parcel. Webury.com does not offer a free returns service. Items to be exchanged will be subject to an additional postage charge. We regret that we cannot be responsible for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit, therefore please return the goods using a method which records delivery. 

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. If you wish to exchange or refund your item, we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418. Please note that we can only credit the purchasers account.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange or refund.

 

Trades Descriptions
All specifications are those quoted by manufacturers and every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct, but slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances. Every effort has been made to ensure that the colours on this web site are accurately reproduced, slight variations may occur due to the reproduction process, for which we apologise but can take no responsibility.

 

Pricing
All prices are in the UK sterling, and are correct at the time of origination of this document. Although we aim to keep these prices for the life of this catalogue, circumstances beyond our control such as changes in taxation rates (e.g. VAT) currency fluctuations and inflationary cost increases, may cause price changes up or down. We do reserve the right to alter prices at any time until the purchase is complete but we will do our utmost to maintain the advertised price. You will be advised at time of purchase if any price changes are incurred
